Royal Navy orphanage for boys at Fishguard, Wales. Opens with sequence of 30 or so teenage boys giving a demonstration of synchronised physical fitness exercises in a field. GV of a building with all the orphan boys standing to attention as Navy flag is raised up a training mast (free-standing on field, not on ship).
