UAE: Monument unveiled honours workers who built Expo 2020 with “sweat and blood“

Subscribe to our channel! Visitors and staff shared their reactions of the recently unveiled workers monument for the Expo 2020 in Dubai on Saturday. The monument has the names of the over 200,000 workers who helped construct the Expo 2020 carved into stone pillars. The monument was unveiled on Friday October 1 at the start of Expo2020. Since breaking ground in 2015 the Expo required over 240 million working hours to construct from workers from all over the world. Expo2020 Dubai will continue until March 31, 2022.
