LET’S GO ! Aerobic Worlds 2012, Sofia - We are Gymnastics!

FIG Official - The 12th FIG World Championships in Aerobic Gymnastics will be held in “Arena Armeec Sofia“ will be more than 370 athletes, representing 36 Nations and 6 continents who will take part in the event. According to the rules of the International Gymnastics Federation the competitors are divided in five categories: Individual Women; Individual Men; Mixed Pairs; Trios and Groups (6 competitors). Each Nation is allowed to take part with a maximum of 2 representatives in each category. For the first time in the program of a World Championship in Aerobic Gymnastics Aerobic Dance and Aerobic Step are included. In these activities the athletes take part in Groups of 8 competitors.
