Total technical control of every note but always with a musical purpose in mind: that’s the best description of #MengSu. Winner of the prestigious Parkening International Competition in 2015 (among many other competitions), she never ceases to amaze me with her stunning virtuosity and refined artistry. She is now preparing a new solo program and a recording of French music with her #BeijingGuitarDuo partner Yameng Wang with Debussy, Ravel, Faure etc. We can’t wait to hear it!
