► Ume Blossom is back!!! The beautiful Ume Blossom is the first early sign of spring in Japan. For many people, this means it’s time for the first picnic of the year, sitting under the Ume (*plum) tree, having lunch, drinking, or simply taking a walk, enjoying the colourful views. For this years ume blossom, I went to an area between Kameido and Umorai station in eastern Tokyo, a great place for ume-watching on a sunny Saturday afternoon. - Enjoy!
