Performing the Sufi song Dhamaal was pure joy, and seeing the audience lose themselves in dance and cheer made it even more magical. I’m so grateful to have shared such an incredible night with everyone present. In my speech, I shared my love for the UAE as a nation where all cultures, castes, and religions unite as one family under the welcoming umbrella of diversity. Music, after all, has no language—it’s a connection that goes beyond words and brings the world together. This night was especially meaningful as I had the honor, for the first time in my career, to invite my mother on stage with the permission of the emcee. With deep emotion, I dedicated my award to her, thanking her for her unwavering support and love. With tears in her eyes, my mother expressed her gratitude to the audience and community for embracing my music and our journey. It was a moment that will stay in my heart forever. My deepest thanks to Mr. George Sihai for organizing this beautiful event, to Mr. Askar for managing it seamlessly, and to the entire team who made this night possible.
