HP/HVOF High Velocity Oxygen Feul @ Plasma Service B.V.

With HVOF spraying (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel), a mixture of oxygen and gas is ignited. The gas stream which expands through a special nozzle can reach speeds up to 3000 m / sec. The injection of the powder in the gas stream, gives the powder a very high speed (up to 1100 m/sec). The surface coatings sprayed with this system are characterized by their very low porosity and their high adhesion values.
