Apart from the unique effects, backgrounds and block design we can all enjoy within this level, the aspect that I like the most is the color, which is an obvious emphasis here, the contrast between the intense, blood-red sections, and the slower, melancholic monochrome, specifically at the beginning and towards the end. It gives the player time to get ready and to wind down from the powerful drop/mid-section of the level. The transitional effects here are one of the best parts in my opinion, the art is of really high quality and they fit the dark theme well and they connect the level on a design note, and they help split up the gameplay as well.
