Ngoni Wassolou ( Kamalengoni, Samakoro ) Traditional West African music. Produced by Alex Wielemans in Yanfolila February 2017 This song became quiet famous with the great interpretation of Oumou Sangare. This version sound more traditional. Saa Magni means “The death is not good“. I might put subtitles on this song later. The recording was a bit special because Issa Dialo ( bass ngoni ) lost 2 persons of his family while the 10 days workshop we did there with some of my students. That’s the reason of the introduction.
