Migrants gather at border as Title 42 expiring

As the U.S. prepares to end the immigration policy known as Title 42, large numbers of migrants are gathering along the border, mostly on the Mexican side. Many have heard false information the United States is planning to open its borders to them. CGTN’s Franc Contreras reports.
