Dizzy: Prince of the Yolkfolk (ZX Spectrum) Speedrun 8:16 (World Record) *BRAND NEW TRICKS*

Played on Fuse 1.6 Emulator New World Record of Dizzy Prince of the Yolkfolk for ZX Spectrum. A huge new trick was found where Dizzy can clip off the bottom of the screen and into the void. Initially I only thought you could drop directly down which skips into the King’s Castle. But twospacesSG found that you can move dizzy out of this fall and if you fall left you enter the sprite storage screen. In this run I get the thorn early to kill Evil Dizzy without interacting with the lion. And you can talk to the King, a requirement for becoming Prince and waking Daisy, in the storage screen skipping over the herald and princess quests. At the moment we still need to get the scythe and capture pogie because they are hiding cherries needed to beat the game.
