The Autumnal Equinox 🍂 occurs between the 21st and the 24th of September. It is one of the two times in the year that the hours of daylight and night time are the same – hence the name ‘equinox’ meaning ‘equal night’.
This video is a fun way to engage students on the topic of the autumn equinox. This video explores what the autumn equinox is, why this is celebrated and the Mabon celebrations that take place amongst Pagans.
