On an every 72 to 96 hour program you would train your chest and back. On Monday take Tuesday and Wednesday off and on Thursday and on an every 72 hour program you would do your shoulders and arms. Then you would take Friday and Saturday off and on Sunday train your legs. Now the next week, bill, you would not train Monday, you would take Monday and Tuesday off train Wednesday every 72 hours. I don’t have everybody doing this. There are those individuals, remember, that don’t tolerate. High intensity exercise, as well as others. In those cases especially, overtraining often results from overlapping. I eliminate as much overlap as I can. I’ll take the shoulders and arms out of the program entirely consolidated into a basic compound exercise routine, focusing on the major muscle groups, the chest and the back, and the legs the the chest work.
