Mindfulness Meditation Technique Sit or lie down in a comfortable position Focus on your breathing Inhale for 10 counts, then hold your breath Repeat 5-10 times Now, as you inhale, tense your body Then pause and feel the tension in your muscles Relax your muscles and exhale Repeat this practice Keep breathing slowly Focus on your body Scan it with every breath If you feel tension in any part of your body, direct your attention there and consciously relax it Repeat this several times or as many as needed When you feel completely relaxed, open your eyes Namaste 🌸🌸🌸 Let this day bring only positivity @Mantra Chanting #meditations #mantrachanting #relaxation
