Gijón, Spain

Gijón is located on the coast of the Cantabrian Sea in the Bay of Biscay, in the central-northern part of Asturias. It is also known par excellence as the capital of the Costa Verde. The city is built on the coast, and the center is divided by the peninsula of Cimadevilla which separates the beach of San Lorenzo to the east of the marina, the beaches of Poniente and Arbeyal, the arsenal and the port of Musel, West.
