Russias FSB detains Birobidzhan resident recruited by Ukrainian special services

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained a Birobidzhan resident recruited by Ukrainian special services. The individual was gathering intelligence on Russian Ministry of Defense facilities and preparing incendiary devices to attack a military recruitment center and sabotage railway tracks.
