Chinese Patcher Cleaned up Electroluminescent sprayd.

Just an update on my second machine I built a stand for it from a chair back frame and a stool kicking around. Electroluminescent paint too. I’ll be adding a windshield-washer motor soon wanting it to run slow but strong and steady. Thanks, Guys!
