Cécile Chaminade - Concertino for Flute and Piano (with Score)

Cécile Chaminade (1857–1944) was a French composer and pianist. She is one of the few female composers we know. This piece, the Flute Concertino in D major, op. 107, was composed in 1902 for flute and piano. Years later, the composer arranged it for flute and orchestra. It was a commission for the Paris Conservatoire in 1902 dedicated to Paul Taffanel. Flute: James Galway Piano: Phillip Moll Subscribe to my channel if you want more classical music.
