MACCA Ironman Germany Training - Epic Tour (Day 2)

An 8 hour training day is always tough. Day 2 of our training camp was epic. The Gorge Du Verdon is absolutely incredible. The climbing is brutal. We June June 16. 2010 - climbed exactly 15897 feet today in 116 miles. It was a long tough day in the saddle and the last climb to our hotel at the Palais De Verdon in the town of La Pulude was killer. 10 miles and 3000 feet. An Epic Training day for day two.
