Solving anterior Crossbite with Aligners｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC808

[case report] This is a CIII malocclusion with anterior crossbite treated with aligners. Such cases generally requires to create space to correct anterior crossbite. In this case without 3rd molars, non-extraction treatment combined with BS screws were planned to preserve good torque control. Then apply CIII mechanics by combining BS screws and CIII elastics to distalize the lower arch. 這是一個用隱適美改善三類咬合合併前牙錯咬的案例。通常這類案例會需要增加空間來矯正前牙錯咬。在沒有智齒的情況下，先嘗試不拔牙，而是透過BS screws和CIII elastics組成的CIII mechanics來將下排distalize，同時保留torque control。
