Muscles Worked: Shoulders
Coaching Tips:
1. Start with DB pressed all the way over head with elbows in tight by ears. with palms facing in.
2. Lower the right arm down while keep left arm extended.
3. When pressing the right arm back up, left arm comes down in unison.
4. Dumbbells Should pass by ears close to the exact time.
5. Repeat until desired repetitions or time is met.
Keep Core engaged to avoid chest and shoulders rocking.
