Matcha Sablé Cookies | Ohyoo Cooking [Recipe for 22-24 cookies] Unsalted Butter···75g Powdered Sugar···32g Egg Yolk···1 piece Almond Flour···25g Cake Flour···100g Matcha Powder···8g [Baking Time] Bake at 170℃/338℉ for 13-15 minutes [How to Make] ① Mix the softened unsalted butter at room temperature with powdered sugar until uniform, then add an approximately 17g egg yolk and mix well. ② Add the almond flour and mix evenly. Sift in the cake flour and matcha powder, then fold and mix until it forms a dough. ③ Shape the dough into a 25cm-long cylinder on parchment paper, then seal and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight. ④ Remove the chilled dough, coat the surface with granulated sugar, cut into approximately 1cm thick slices, and bake on a baking mat. ⑤ Allow to cool after baking, then you’re done! #matchacookies #sables
