This is from the original Herushingu “Hellsing“ anime, when Alucard meets Seras for the first time. There’s simply noone cooler than Alucard. Can you think of anyone? I sure can’t. Spawn, Wolverine, Rorschach, I don’t think anyone has him matched for level of severe coolness.
