Two handling technologies, one adapter: highest flexibility with match adapter for LBR iisy

In cooperation with the companies Schmalz and Zimmer, KUKA is presenting the match adapter, a standardized adapter for a wide range of grippers from both companies. In developing the new LBR iisy series, our experts are drawing on 50 years of technology knowledge in robotics. The match adapter offers a high flexibility in automation, which is especially required in decreasing batch sizes. With the match adapter, no further cable and adapter adaptions are necessary. Through the partnership with Zimmer and Schmalz in the Robotic Republic ecosystem KUKA offers a perfectly coordinated solution.
