Secret Domestic Spy Planes. Caught Over Our Headquarters!

We captured this Cessna aircraft flying over our headquarters in Bakersfield, CA. After it flew over multiple times we managed to capture images and video of the aircraft. Later, we found images of a similar exact Cessna aircraft online which displayed the interior camera setup. The video provides the FAA registration number for those wishing to look up the aircraft. It was not on transponder this day, from what we observed. This bottom-of-the-plane setup is also used by the US Government/Military. We included a video of a government/military aircraft that displays the same circular hole in the bottom of the airplane. It’s at the end of the video.
