10 min BARRE ARMS WORKOUT | To the Beat ♫ | Light Dumbbells
Join me for a 10 minute BARRE ARMS beach workout to sculpt and strengthen your arms and upper body. We’re moving to the beat of the music, but if you’d like to move at your own pace, you can do that as well. All you need is a light set of 2-5 lb dumbbells. I’ll be using 3lb weights today. There will be no breaks with 20 different moves for 30 seconds each. So let’s get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik
