Tangerine pie

Ingredients: 6 tangerines 20 gr butter 70 gr sugar 1 egg 60 ml oil 100 ml milk 170 gr flour 8 gr baking powder Method: tangerines in half, melt butter and 20 gr of sugar in a frying pan 2. Fry tangerines for 2 min. 3. Whisk 1 egg and 50 gr of sugar 4. Add oil and milk, whisk again 5. Add flour and baking powder, mix together 6. Cover tangerines with the batter , cover with a lid and simmer for 10 min. the pie over and simmer for 5 min.
