If you translate 蒋卓乐 to English in mandarin pronunciation, it should be Zhuole Jiang. Maggie is presumably her nickname. Wikipedia said she signed to a Chinese music label in 1996 and disappeared from the music scene in 1998. She has released an EP and an album in her short singer career.
