Aikido Shinju-Kai @ Chingay 2016

Aikido Shinju-Kai, the representing Aikido organization in Singapore for Chingay 2016 Chingay is also the largest street performance and float parade in Asia with more than 14 international groups from 9 countries. From the main parade site to the heartlands, this street extravaganza epitomises the dynamism of Singapore’s vibrant and multicultural society. This event was broadcasted on television in 24 territories, and was expected to reach more than 30 million viewers across Asia. Aikido Shinju-Kai is honoured to be nominated in 2016 by the People’s Association and Chingay Division to take part in the National Event, Chingay 2016. The theme for Chingay 2016 is “Lights of Legacy, Brighter Singapore.”, to celebrate the legacy and wisdom of founding Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew and our Founding Fathers based on core values advocated by them.
