Russian icebreaker with cruise missiles: What is this amazing ship?

For all the major and minor conflicts on the planet, this is not so noticeable, but the militarization of the Arctic is proceeding at a pace unprecedented until now. The Americans constantly conduct ice trips of their multi-purpose submarines and, obviously, work out some kind of their own programs. Other NATO countries are trying to build underwater sonar networks in order to somehow track the incredibly quiet Russian Yasen-M submarines.
