Hello and welcome to this calorie killer session! It is a cardio and strength workout focused on ABS and Core, but the full body is being worked out due to jumping rope. It is demanding and super sweaty!! It is a perfect workout to strengthen the abs, while we make our hearts bump ❤️🔥
Jump rope is really optional. If you don’t have one, just try to mimic the movement…it works perfectly well!!! So, you can easily do it at home, as no equipment is required.
It is a time pyramid workout, meaning that the duration of the exercises changes. We start with 60“ of exercise and we go down on time an
...d then we go up again, creating a pyramid (check details below on the exercises and duration). There is basically no break in this workout. Only 5“ after every exercise to help us move from one exercise to the other. In this way we can maintain a steady pace.
We are going to start with 60“ of jump rope, followed by 5“ rest. Then the next exercise is usually a toning abs exercise, followed by skipping.
The next day I was sore on abs and calves😅. Let me know in the comments where did you feel this workout.
Watch-out: don’t do it barefoot like me, because you may end up with blisters in your feet😂
