12,000 ROUNDS PER MIN - The Maxon M45 quad mounted minigun spews ammo downrange targetting radio controlled aircraft at the Big Sandy Shoot. To assist with the math problems that a few of you are having in the comments, the quoted 12,000 rounds per min is due to the fact that each of the four miniguns is set to the Dillon factory standard rate of approximately 3,000 rounds per minute hence 4x3000=12000. If you don’t believe me just slow down the video clip and count the fired cases being ejected - it’s about 200 per second.
