These slider exercises will make you engage your core, and your muscles won’t have a choice but to tighten up and work in oder to slide your legs on the floor.
I’m using a pair of dust clothes( can be sliders, a pair of thick socks, etc. instead).
You might break your workout up into 2-3 sets of 10-20 repetitions.
