SlowWheelz - Tales Of The West Coast [Official Full Length Fixed Gear Film]

SlowWheelz presents its first ever documentary-style full length edit! Independently created by me (Guillermo Galindo), TOTWC is a full length fixed gear edit featuring athletes from all around the West Coast. With riders’ sections ranging from trick track to FGFS and even street riding themed edits, the film maintains a steady stream of action while still including a few (three) short interviews with riders in both the mainstream and underground scene. Using a visual aesthetic that combines old school wide-angle filming with cinematic 35mm filming, the film is sure to satisfy not only every type of rider but every type of viewer as well. I’m so, so, so proud of what this film has become ever since that first vision sparked up in my mind. When I first started filming this, I was only 15 and I knew almost nobody in the local scene.
