Librarian Rejects Melania Trump’s Book Donation as ’Racist Propaganda’

A librarian is criticizing Melania Trump after the first lady tried giving Dr. Seuss books to school kids across America. Trump gave 50 schools a packet of Dr. Seuss books with a note wishing them a happy new school year. But librarian Liz Soeiro wrote a letter to Melania rejecting the donation, saying: “Dr. Seuss’s illustrations are steeped in racist propaganda, caricatures and harmful stereotypes.“ The school system said the librarian was not authorized to accept or reject donated books. #InsideEdition
