Takao Maruyma Workshop @ Rookie Academy

Rookie Academy is full top trainers from around the world. This is why so many students from different countries come over here to train for their instructor qualifications or improving their skiing . Every Wednesday there is an internal training session among these trainers. They share ideas and techniques with one another, it’s more like mini-interski. Today’s video is the workshop presented by Takao Maruyma, one of the top national demonstrators from Japan. The skiing may not truly reflect each trainer’s best skiing, since they are trying to learn and experiment with Maruyama-san’s techniques. Rookie Academy is located at Treble Cone Ski Resort on the Southern island of New Zealand.
