Germany.
Various shots of the new airship, Graf Zeppelin, being brought out of a hangar and taking off on her first test flight. Commentator says this airship is to take the place of the Hindenburg. Eerie shots of the airship flying very low over a field - a woman with a dog stands watching - and at a greater height, drifting through the mist.
Note: shots are quite fuzzy; commentary suggests it was not very good weather that day! This was the Graf Zeppelin II, but was apparently always referred to as the Graf Zeppelin.
