For two servings:
3/4 cup / 3.5 oz. raspberries (180 ml /100 g)
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250g)
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, to taste

toppings:
2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, melted
handful of raspberries
2 tablespoons crushed pistachios* (replace with pecans if you’re on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet)

1. Mash the raspberries. Add the yogurt and sweetener and stir
2. Spread the mixture onto a cutting board / plate lined with parchment paper
3. Add the toppings
4. Let set in the freezer for about 2 hours
5. Cut into pieces
6. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer
7. Let it sit in room temperature for a few minutes before serving to let it defrost a bit!
