California Cop Allegedly Caught Stealing From Dead Man

A sheriff’s deputy who has been catching criminals for more than a decade may be one himself. Investigators in California say Sheriff’s veteran Steve Holtz was caught on tape allegedly breaking into a dead man’s house repeatedly to steal his belongings. “I thought the police were always the person we trust,” a neighbor told KCBS.
