Low Pulley Curls
• attach both pulley to the lowest point on the machine. Grab a handle in each hand & take 2 steps back. Supinate your hands & raise the handle to your shoulders, breathe out as you do. Once the handle is as high as possible & your bicep is fully engaged hold the position in an iso metric contraction. After 1-2 seconds allow for the handles to return to the starting point with your arms extended.
