Garlic & Oregano Nutralite 2 spring onions sliced 1 ½ tsp garlic 1 ½ tbsp. leek 1 red chilli deseeded 2 tsp. soya sauce ½ tsp. vinegar 1 ½ tsp. honey 300 gms prawns Salt as per taste Black pepper as per taste 2 -3 strands of fresh thyme 2- 3 strands of fresh oregano 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. parsley Directions: Place a pan over a medium high flame, once the pan is hot, add oil, Garlic & Oregano Nutralite, spring onions and sauté for a minute.
