Crispy homemade gluten free hash browns. Perfect with hot pepper sauce and ketchup!
INGREDIENTS:
3 medium potatoes 400 g (peeled 350g)
3 tbsp(30g) of corn flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of onion powder (or 1/2 finely chopped onion)
2 tbsp 1 cup of cooking oil
* The potatoes can be grated on a coarse-grate side of a grater or crushed in a food processor into small pieces.
*You can add cheese to your hash browns,and your favorite spices (paprika, garlic, etc.), whatever you prefer.
* Un-cooked hash browns can be frozen for up to 3 months, separated by baking parchment, foil or freezer paper. Make them once, and enjoy them whenever you are craving homemade fast food.
