Anderson/Privett overpower Bars/Costa in grueling quarterfinal three-setter | Gulfport FL 2021

Madelyne May Anderson and Kate Privett won the first set of their Beach Volleyball Quarterfinal Match against Bailey Bars and her Brazilian partner Ana Costa. Bars/Costa came back in the second set, but Anderson/Privett survived their late push and won the tight grueling third set 17:15 to advance to the Semifinals of the 2021 Women’s Beach Volleyball Tournament in Gulfport, FL. In the other Quarterfinal, Hogan/Downie cruised past the underdogs Brown/McLaughlin in straight sets to set up a spot in the Semifinals.
