Calcium Rich Smoothie for Your Bones | The Frugal Chef
Today I want to make a calcium rich smoothie for your bones. We are going to be using a half teaspoon of our powdered egg shells which will add a good 400 mg of calcium to the drink. You can watch the video on how to do it here -
This is an easy and very pleasant smoothie that is tremendously beneficial for your health. Enjoy!

1 cup milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond)
1 banana*
Choice of - apricots, kiwi, papaya, berries, orange, pineapple
Choice of - spinach, kale, Swiss chard, collard greens, mustard greens, nopales
1/2 teaspoon powdered egg shells
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
*If you want you can freeze the banana. Peel it, slice it
