Jerk 32+32kg - 6 angles x 6 rounds - 150 reps total

Tried sumthing different today. I didnt wana exhaust my Cardiovascular system, not in the mood, so decided to take it slow, worked on my lockout and get sum time and volume under the 32s. Felt easy. Good day. I need to be more explosive!!!!!! 6mins - 39reps 5mins - 33reps 4mins - 25reps 3mins - 21reps 2mins - 18reps 1min - 14reps Total 150 reps. Assistant work afterwards.
