This workout is made of 2 sections. Completing both sections = 1 round. In this video I did 3 rounds. You can follow along with me for all 3 rounds or just do 1 or 2 rounds, depending on what you want to do :) (Each round takes about 20 minutes)
Section 1 (HIIT): Repeat the following exercises twice (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
1) 3 side shuffles, 1 squat jump
2) squat jumps in and out, 2 sumo squats
3) tire run
4) plank
