Full title reads: “Frankfurt-am-Main. Work For 300,000! Herr Hitler inaugurates great state road scheme which will extend to the Swiss Frontier and take 10 years to build.“ Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany. Large crowd of men stand with shovels over their shoulders. The Fuhrer, Adolf Hitler stands in front of crowd. Children are held back - they want his autograph. Hitler gives speech (mute). Cut aways to workers with shovels. At the end of the speech people give Nazi salute. Hitler picks up ceremonial shove. Various shots of parade of men carrying shovels.
