I do not own the rights to this song. ’Agent Provocateur’ was the follow up to the massive hit ’4’. Released in 1984, it contained the gospel inspired ’I Want To Know What Love Is,’ which became Foreigner’s first number one hit in the U.S. ’She’s Too Tough’ is the tenth and last track, and though a bit edgier then the rest of the disc, rates right up there with the best of Foreigner’s rockers.
