Villanova-bound point guard Jalen Brunson led his undefeated Stevenson High School team (#1 in Illinois) to its second consecutive Proviso West Holiday tournament title. 6’2 lefty Brunson also captured his second consecutive Tournament MVP award after scoring 16 points, seven assists and six rebounds in the semis and 27 points, six assists and three steals in the title game before a packed house of 2,400 near Chicago.
