Ingredients 250 grams haak/collard greens, washed 1/4 cup sarson ka tel/mustard oil heated until it sokes & then cooled completely. you can use any oil of your choice 1/4 tsp heeng/asafoetida powder 1/2 tsp/to taste salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 2 dry red chillies 1 fresh green chilli 1 litre/as needed water
